"The Okko Club lounge is the feature that brings us to stay each visit. It's a large lounge with soft drinks, fruit and snacks always available. The Okko is in a great location, next to the Caserne de Bonne shopping centre and walkable to tram stops, old town and station. The rooms are modern but small; the Lounge compensates for the room size."

"Good hotel with great staff. Breakfast was good and the room was reasonable, bit worn in places but perfectly ok. Hotel has a lift but then several stairs to negotiate so with skis and bags this was a bit of a pain. Area around the hotel is ok and close to the station, it’s down a side street and about a 5 min walk from the stations so ok with luggage. "

"La chambre était assez confortable pour une famille avec des enfants, dans l’ensemble tout était plutôt correct. La jeune femme à la réception était aimable et très attentive envers mes enfants. L’emplacement est pratique : il y a beaucoup de magasins à proximité. Parmi les points négatifs, je mentionnerais la propreté des murs et des ustensiles de cuisine : il y avait beaucoup de taches sur les murs et les ustensiles étaient assez sales. "The hotel is close to a tram stop, which is very convenient. The property looks newer. Everything was clean. Our stay was for 3 people and the room was large for our needs. The breakfast was extensive."

"Great location to shopping, restaurants, beach. Only downside was we had big bags of luggage and there is no elevator or anyone to help you with your bags. Parking is a two minute walk. Love the area around. Wish we could’ve stayed longer."
