"Pros: Staff are very helpful. The TV in my room wasn't working and they came up and fixed it. Decent sized room. Free parking and free breakfast. Good choices of breakfast foods (I made a hot waffle). Clean. Convenient location. There is a very popular restaurant that shares the same parking lot, which I would have tried if I hadn't already eaten dinner. While the parking lot is small and shared, I found a spot no problem.

"Great location 10 minutes south of the TAC airport. Great views. Huge rooms. Nice bar/grill. The Indian restaurant smelled great, though I didn’t get to eat there.
My only issue was my room didn’t have towels which I failed to notice until I was already wet and out of the shower. I managed with a washcloth, lol, that was my only towel. I was surprised the receptionist didn’t offer any service recovery when I told her about the missing towels."

"Friendly and quick check in, clean rooms, close to the airport, airport shuttle service, decent snack selection but a 7-11 is right in front of the hotel (a short walk), there is a jack in the box and taco bell near, it is near a bus stop.
Nice work out room.
Bar is open from 5pm-10pm for bar type food and drinks."

"The room was nice ! Tv didn’t work . Had 3 engineers over the first 2 days try and fix it and couldn’t ! So they moved me to another room and the tv in that room worked but wouldn’t shut off so had to manually turn it on and off .
The room they moved me to was near the elevators and was noisy will elevator noise going up and down so frustrating for sure .
Again the room was really nice and bed was super comfy and towels and bathroom were great !
Definitely would come back and stay again ."

"Staff was very friendly. The hallways stank of perfume and old food, and my room smelled of bleach and perfume. The floor in my room was sticky, like soap residue.
The room was very noisy through the night, and the bed very stiff and hot. The air conditioner didn’t get the room cold enough, so it was a pretty poor sleep."

"We had such a great stay here. They let us check in early after we arrived WAY ahead of schedule. The place was perfect for our dog and had a great place for walking him. The food was great and the staff were so friendly. The bed was also good - which is the true test for me! It was an oasis near the airport."

"1 coffee machine for 120+ rooms is a recipe for an early day start disappointment. The rooms have so much potential for a good living situation in regards to kitchen layout. I booked a handicapped access room for my two 80+ year old sisters, and was denied in an unprofessional manner to the appropriate reserved room. "I had Alex help with my check-in, and he was amazing, best service I have received from a hotel in a long time!! Not only was he great, but he helped with my room upgrade, really enjoyed how clean the hotel was and how updated it was.
