"Nice, clean hotel. We were there for a concert and definitely think we paid premium for our 1 night stay. We ended up with an accessible room which I would assume is why it was so big-lots of space in the bedroom area and seemed like a huge bathroom for a hotel. The beds were kind of squeaky and I didn’t think super comfy, but didn’t sleep poorly or anything. Comfy, numerous pillows. I liked that they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion there for you. Breakfast the the usual hotel...

"The hotel was nice and it was clean. The people that worked. They were great, but the pool was broken and the beds were so uncomfortable. By the end of the weekend, I could not wait to get home to my own bed and my back was absolutely killing me."

"The property grounds are absolutely beautiful with multiple cottages, gardens, lakes, and outside seating areas by the water. Harry's Restaurant on site has great food and a lovely outdoor seating area where you can watch the ducks, geese and white swans float by. Unfortunately, the lodging in the main two-story building is nothing special and does not match the exquisite property. We had just a one-night stay so didn't get to use the amenities and activities."

"The area is very commercial, so there’s a lot of big trucks in the area. The lobby was very plain, not quite welcoming. However, the staff during checkin was so kind and very accommodating. The room was sufficient for our needs. "

"The room was clean for the most part. Doors and walls really could've used a wipe down. Fingers prints and dirt were clearly visible. Bathroom and sink were recently remodeled but done poorly, but everything was functional. Main door would not close all the way, thank goodness for the deadbolt. Area was kinda sketch but ok for a short stay. Cleaning staff did change the sheets and provide clean towels on our 3rd day for our 4 night stay. Air unit was great and made the room comfortable. "The staff who greeted us as we checked in were exceptionally kind and helpful. Moreso than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the last couple years in the US. We had zero issues, breakfast was hot and delicious. Best biscuits I’ve had in a long time. I would return!"
