"The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future. "

"The room smelled of milll dew. It wasn’t properly cleaned. WiFi was not made available at the front desk.
The continental breakfast was terrible. The powdered eggs had a fishy smell and were inetable . The sausage didn’t appear to be real meat. The staff hovered over the breakfast bar and gave the guests the impression he was watching over to much consumption.
I won’t be staying at this hotel ever again!!!"

"Hotel and room were very clean. Staff was very friendly and kind. It's a simple, motel style hotel, close to shopping, food, etc. Only 20-30 minutes with traffic to popular destinations in the area (Pigeon Forge, Smokies, etc). We would absolutely stay here again. "The temperature of room would not stay consistent. The pool was lacking. Both the keys stopped working and had to be rekeyed. The breakfast was decent but not great and coffee was not very good. They charged us an incidental fee that was not disclosed to us upon booking so our stay was more then we budgeted for. The hotel itself just seemed run down and we thought being a marriot brand it would of been better."
