"Our room overlooked a nasty trash filled roof -kept heavy blinds closed. I feel the bathtub/shower was quite unsafe - it is so narrow and slippery. I also rinsed it out before stepping into it - looked like sand/pebbles in it. The beds are comfortable (except my short older friend had trouble climbing in to bed due to height of bed). The pillows were quite lumpy. The room was clean, the staff ok, and the breakfast was good. Good location, for the $ (had a suite), I would probably come back for...

"The location was beautiful. But the house was very dirty and in need of much repair. The water smelled like poop. The toilet in our room was filled with waste. The ceiling downstairs right by the kitchen had a huge hole and pipes exposed. The front door was broken and needed much repair. The patio out back was filthy the kitchen a complete mess with dishes stacked in the sink. They had cats and dogs in the house and while I was eating a cat jumped up in my lap. "The only ok was the beds"

"Everything was great until the day came for my room to be cleaned. When I returned to my room that day, my bed was freshly made... however, the drawers where I had carefully put my clothing had been disturbed and rifled through. And missing from my room was the full bottle of water that I'd brought and put by the bed, my personal soap and soap dish that I travel with (as my skin is sensitive) and an apple. Needless to say, I was hardly able to sleep that night as this violation was so...

"Room was decently clean. Staff was distracted by what appeared to be an employee party being hosted there. The pool was ice cold and the advertised hot tub no longer exists. The main areas were all clean and the breakfast was good."

"Traveling with a "service dog" the employee referred to her as a "service pet" which caused both my husband and I to laugh, however knowing the laws regarding service animals is appreciated."

"Rooms need more cleaning supervision thats for sure. I found used Kleenex and food particles just under the dressers. The refrigerator was so dirty it was scary. The drip tray had mold on it there was a pkg of frozen meat pkg left in freezer. Asked for maid service to fix this they never showed. So disgusting."
