"Did not receive details from Host to access property and had to find another property to stay. Tried reaching out to Expedia but this is the hardest thing as there is only IA contact and no human contact to be able to explain the situation. I would appreciate if someone would contact me from Expedia regarding this uneventful stay. It was not a good situation to be. Got to the property and was told that there were no reservations in my name (bookings for my mother) and this was very disappointing to say the least. EXPEDIA, PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT THIS URGENTLY, VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER."
