"My daughter and I stayed while visiting Rosalind Franklin University. We checked in around 8 pm and the lady at the desk seemed bothered by our late arrival. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy, however our AC unit had to stay on constant fan in order for the room to stay cool. Breakfast was your typical hotel choices. "Worst stay ever. 1. AC - did not work (it is old like form 90ties) did not keep temperature at the range. 2. There was no hot water at all! Cold icing shower at the morning. 3. Bedding is for cows, not for people! 1) Blanket from the material my grandma used to wipe cows before milking, terrible for the skin. 2) pillows were compressed and had, you could brake the neck on it. "The property was in great condition with food within walking distance. This fit very well and was centralized for the people I was there to see. The rooms were neat and tidy. The gentlemen that were managing the hotel were as nice and accommodating as you can be as they were always available when needed. I enjoyed my visit and this is the second time I have stayed here and will continue to as long as this area is in my travel plans."

"This was a nice hotel. It was renovated in the spring of 2025. It is not fancy but a clean and nice place to stay for a weekend visit. We needed to be there for a funeral. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store and Deer Park Mall, which is a fabulous open air mall"

"Hotel was under construction, my first room assigned to me smelled reallly bad of animal urine; I told the front desk, no way I can stay in there; so they put me in a suite which had a floor and there was no smell in there so was ok but front desk acted like it was a chore to do."
