"What a wonderful stay. From the abdolutely nice place , beautifuly mentained, to a absolute clean room ,to a very nice loby room with all the amenities needed. The baggels and especialy the raspberry spread that was delicious, not to mention the hospitality the owners oferred was bar none. Mike made sure everybody and everything was great for a nice quiet stay. That makes it for a come back for sure.
Absolutely reccomend this wonderful place 100% !!!

"We decided to go to the Vermont Reneissance Fair this year and stayed at Spark. What a great place. Very updated,continental breakfas in the morning was perfect,and the room was quite large. We really enjoyed the lackk of carpeting in the room. The vinyl plank flooring was refreshing to see. I woul recommend a stay here if you are in the area."

Room was fine except Sink faucet was broken and needed to be repaired to turn water off after I reported it
AC was fine
Parking was plentiful but felt unsafe. Cars were abandoned and others had people living out of them.
One drunk young man told my wife she should go to his room in the elevator.
This appears to be a motel used by long term monthly residents"

"Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. Loved there was a personal shower head. Everything was clean and well maintained.

"I absolutely loved this rental! What a dream spot- cozy, privacy, the owner was so nice but also wasn’t intruding, the garden was beautiful it felt like walking into a fairy garden to get to the rental each day. It felt so safe which is an absolute must. And just made our trip delightful. Would absolutely rent here again!"

"The room was clean but very cold. We could not adjust the air conditioning. The bathtub drain did not work. The staff fixed that. There was a list of tasks the housekeeping staff were supposed the do, but didn’t. For example, the coffee was not refreshed for our second morning. They didn’t make the bed.
On a different topic, there were two night stands but only a reading light on one.
The coffee at breakfast was good, but the oatmeal was watery. The cheese omelets were okay.
