"The staff was by far the best thing about the hotel. They were very kind and helpful. Room was nice but the walls are very thin and could hear neighbours and people walking in the halls easily. It is a very quiet area (unless it’s Sunday and they have the market on). Beds were very comfortable. Could do with a bit of an upgrade. Like maybe a smart tv in the room? Overall a nice hotel."

"I choose a room with private bathroom when I arrived I was told the air condition was broke so I have to share the bathroom which was on the first floor the bed was old and hard like a rock I only rented the room for a few hours I was coming back from phi phi island and my flight back home was at midnight I would be able to sleep on that place But the receptionist was very sweet and nice"

"I only stayed one night. The room had everything I needed and was reasonably priced. Unfortunately, it was difficult to communicate with the hotel. I sent a message through the app about an issue and never got a response. You have to go through a coffee shop to get to the hotel and it was unclear if the staff worked for the hotel or the coffee shop. Also, my room overlooked a bar and the music was very loud until about 1:00 a.m. I had to use a white noise app and ear plugs to sleep. "

I understand that the room was cheap and "you get what you pay for", but the bed should be at least sleep-able regardless of price. Also there was another hotel in the area for half the price of this one, so it's not like I picked the cheapest hotel in the area. One star off for that and another because the listing on Hotels.com inaccurately stated the room as 28 square...
