"It’s deceiving when you see this place. My first impression wasn’t the best. Reception was not very warm or smiling. But the amenities are perfect for people like us taking a cruise. Free shuttle from the airport, free shuttle to the cruise port. Restaurant/bar was great. Room was sparse but clean. Didn’t use the pool, but it was nice. You can even park your car there (for a price) while you cruise! They really know their business and there clientele! Would definitely stay again!"

"On the internet it said we had a complimentary breakfast. We were led to something called a “bistro” that we had to pay for. It wasn’t cheap either.
The towels in our room were not clean. Something dark brown on the towels in the bathroom. Grossed out…stains in the tub. Yuck."

"Room was used and nasty. Told the person at desk he came to see was I lying. Dirty water was in sink, bed had been slept in trash was on floor and shade was gone. It took him a long time to get us another room get to the room upstairs with my handicapped aunt the ice machines didn’t work only the one down stairs near the front room was not great but at this point it’s 3:30am we just want a few hours but they didn’t say sorry or accommodates us in any way I will never stay here again"
