"Stayed one night while visiting Antwerp. The room was very nice and comfortable. The check in are with it's attached dining tables are unusual but lovely. Above everything else, the two hostesses that interacted with me were very hospitable with top level customer service!!! 5 stars++ for them easily."

"No wifi, 5th floor no lift! Filthy, stinky towels they would not change so we had to buy new ones. Big rooms but very little furniture. Location ok, close to old town, railway station and shopping."

"Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und alles ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Küche sollte etwas besser den „basics“ ausgestattet sein (Gewürze, Salz, Pfeffer, Filterpapier), ansonsten haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt."
