"The room was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. It had a sound machine that made sleeping easier in the hospital area of Chicago. If you’re visiting someone in that area it’s the perfect location. You can walk to the hospitals and Ability Lab as well as Magnificent Mile. There are lots of great restaurants nearby as well as a super close Starbucks. We ordered room service while we were there, and it was really good. "
