"Beautiful place and amazing location! The bourbon bar was disappointing....no one waited on us (even though we were told to sit anywhere and that someone would take our order) and bartender seemed a bit overwhelmed so we left without getting any drinks. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars on everything. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Fredericksburg.♥️"

"From the moment we arrived, it was a welcoming, friendly environment! We toured the Inn, which is beautiful and clean. There were delicious cookies in the dining room. The room was clean. The historic vibes were amazing. The bathroom was clean. It is in the perfect location. You just walk outside, and you are on the main street, yet it's still very quiet at night. Parking was easy. "It’s an older place but it’s clean and the price wasn’t outrageous. The side door was propped open 1 night so I closed it but other than that no issues."

"Excellent management and friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Parking initially problem but they were painting. Flaw: one elevator which went out of service big problem. Unlike other Candlewoods they had coffee but no hot chocolate and tea for free. Wish they had a continental breakfast or breakfast bag as part of the stay by that applies to all Candlewoods. Nice place. Would recommend"

"Breakfast was OK. However there was no fresh fruit or fruit of any kind. This is the second Spark Hotel I have stayed at. In both cases the orange juice was watery . I couldn’t drink it. The coffee was very good."

"The rooms were clean. The bed was ok. Breakfast was ok not great but ok. However, they took my credit card for incidentals and when I checked the card account after leaving they charged it $10.65 with out telling me they were going to. Upon calling them to inquite what that was they said parking fee. When I told the guy on the phone that I was not informed of a parking fee charge he said that they always tell everyone about it....well no sir they did not last night. The charge was not alot...

"Staff was super friendly. The rooms just weren't cozy. No table for a family to sit and eat in the room. No dresser to put clothes in. No real closet. Was surprised this is owned by Hilton. I paid 750 for 4 days, it wasn't worth the money."
