"Lovely boutique hotel in the centre of Rethymno. We stayed in the loggia suite (one bed plus a living room with sofa bed, two bathrooms). Very tastefully decorated, great bathroom(s) really good powerful shower and the property felt well maintained and cared for. Very good complimentary breakfast. The only negatives or points for improvement (these seem rather nit picky): 1. The bathroom had an amazing shower and a fancy weighing scale (who would want that with all the great food so close...

"Everbody is superhelpful. The pool in the inner center in the hotel makes a great atmosphere. Breakfast buffet is great with a lot options. I enjoyed eating dinner in the restaurant the food is really good. The fish is tasty and delicious and not as dry as I know it from some places at home. It´s really nice and pretty."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Polyxenia Suites! Giannis was such a kind and gracious host. He was very flexible with us and always quick to respond. We loved the personal touches: delicious coffee and homemade wine and cake from his mother and family. The view of the city is beautiful and the AC was a life saver. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation in Crete and look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"Beautiful location and ease of access. Unfortunately parking is hard if you organise a hire car. Amenities are beautiful and the welcome gifts and morning breakfast were great. Just off the main markets and plenty of fine dining options literally steps from the hotel."
