"The room we had was large, beautiful, with a balcony. (But even if you have a room without, the rooftop terrace has a magnificent view). But what makes this hotel stand out is the service. The staff helped us with transfers to and from the airport, with dinner reservations, with booking activities, with laundry... They are very attentive to the needs/wants of the guests. "Alcanea Boutique Hotel is an absolute gem in Chania! Eva was exceptional, checking in on us when our flight was delayed, providing us with detailed recommendations of restaurants and beaches then following up with us on our return.
