"Nice clean comfortable room albeit rather snug, it was a single room. The bed was large enough to be a small double and the TV was huge, arguably too huge! Shower hot and cleaning products and towels were good and plentiful. The kettle was missing on arrival and although I requested one, it didn’t arrive until I reminded the receptionist the following day. I also requested mint tea, that never arrived but that’s not a reason why I wouldn’t return, in fact I’ve stayed at The Baileys 3 tomes over the last year and will stay again."

"Beautiful hotel with friendly staff. So convenient for terminal 5 departures and arrivals, just a short walk away. Just a shame we weren’t staying longer."

"Everything was great about this place except for the bed. I was away 15 nights (this in the middle) and this was the only time I woke with my body aching in the middle of the night and forward. Otherwise beautiful, easy to get to/from the airport breakfast was great. "

"One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I've had. Friendly and helpful staff at every level and centrally located in Kensington. Also reasonably priced. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to London."

"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."
