We had three rooms. One reserved through the hotel and 2 through hotels.com. The two through hotels.com were side by side on the 4th floor. Had to move my family out of both. I didn’t know there were 2 types of property. By using Expedia, we were put into the lower class of property & it was cold, outside entrance, & couldn’t change the temp. Bedding was very comfortable.
