This is our second time back to this hotel. It’s a great location for its price. The staffs are extremely friendly. Breakfast is always a hit. No issues with parking as there are ample in their parking lot.

Check in and out was super easy; the staff was always kind and accommodating; the hotel as a whole and our room was clean! The only issues we had was that our AC unit didn’t keep cool (room 225) and the parking lot gets full super quick. We almost didn’t get a spot overnight, even when having to pay $15/night for parking.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield inn in downtown Omaha. It is a very clean hotel. The staff was all very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and different each day I was there. I used and liked the treadmill. I did not get a chance to use the treadmill but would like to the next time I stay. My favorite part was the hot water for my baths. It was such a delight. Often the water is only lukewarm but not here and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nice hotel. Smaller rooms but clean and doable. Pool was also small but kids had fun. Breakfast choices were excellent. Staff was fantastic. Didnt love that you had to pay to park in their lot. Homeless shelter is about 1/2 block away but they keep their entry doors secure. Overall was a good stay.
