It did not appear that clean up after new construction was done very well - there were paint splotches on railings and carpets on the stairs. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful upon arrival. There was no staff on duty when checking out.

Cons: Breakfast was 4 mini muffins in a bag from Walmart and the juice was chunky. Hallways were very hot and smelt bad. Side doors were not lock most of the time, the night they were the key cards did not even work. Used Kleenex where the Kleenex box was supposed to be. The room door was loud to open and close, needed some WD-40. There was a washcloth covering the smoke detector. No buckets for ice. No pool. Pillows were tiny and flat. Pros: AC in the rooms worked well, but noisy. Beds were ok.

Chemical Smell!!!

Horrible. Dont go here. The first room smelled of chemical (and not cleaning chemicals either) so bad I called down to change rooms. Second one was just as bad. Third one was minutely better. Ended up trying to sleep in the car at 6am for a couple hours. Called to complain at hotels.com but since apparently the hotel won’t answer them they won’t do a refund. Don’t stay here.

Press on nails on the floor. Pillows were gross, had pubic hair on them. Had to be 90 degrees in the hotel. Even my kids wanted to leave. Just NASTY. Sketchy people staying. Staff were not professional looking at all.

There where people fighting all night my first night there and the second night there was suspicious activity going on when I returned for the night was woken up at 7am with someone vacuuming outside my room on Sunday and Mother’s Day at that I would not recommend or stay here again my bed wasn’t given a clean set of sheets the bed was just made for the cleaning not impressed.

This property was terribly dirty. The hotel is used as permanent residence. In addition, there are 4 entrances with no external lock. Some one can just walk in off the street. I was a single guy so could deal with it but I would never bring my wife. I slept on one of my own towels on the bed and slept in my clothes. I didn’t use the shower and waited till I got home the next day to shower.

The whole place needs updated. The parking lot needs redone. The carpet everywhere needs replaced as well. Rooms need to be inspected. Ours had holes punched in the bathroom door and the bathroom mirror was cracked severely. Breakfast was only for 2 hoodies for what we paid we should have a true breakfast. The staff were not knowledgeable about late night food options nearby. For being a Wyndham property - I had way higher expectations..

Check in is 3 not 2 even after paying the fee to check in early rooms were downgraded the carpet in the room was sticky the mini fridge had leaked and ruined the wood frame holding it random yarn hanging in the bathroom people strung out on drugs outside side doors were left proped open

Stains on the sheets, old carpet, broken security door on the side of the building, no ice bucket... It's remarkable how consistently unfriendly or rude the staff is at cheaper hotels. Customer care isn't that hard if you actually care, but they clearly don't.

There was no remote for the TV..No phone,no coffee pot,no Breakfast or anything to drink available.The sofa had a big hole in the back of it..I saw a mice and then saw behind the TV stand there was mice nest and where they had been chewing on stuff..yuk..the carpet was sticky and nasty.
