"Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting Kawagoe with its historic 'Edo Town', as the nearest station (Matoba) is just two stops away. Kichijoji Tokyu REI Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"1) staff was excellent, very helpful! 2) needed to use Yamato luggage service last minute so I went to Front Desk twice around 3am to make arrangements, and they were up, awake and easily made the arrangements! 3) room was clean, comfortable and the laundry room was Easily available on my floor. 4) I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast but I appreciated the free coffee and soda at the Ftont Desk. Highly recommend!"
