"This hotel is amazing. It’s only about 3 years old (in 2026) and has very modern style and amenities. Our room (304) was very nice and clean and we had a pretty good view of the ocean despite it being in the “Pool View” category. Speaking of the pool, it’s amazing - it’s huge and there were plenty of lounge chairs available on the days we visited. There’s also an amazing breakfast every morning that has most items buffet style, but also a made-to-order omelette station. Every staff member we interacted with was awesome and we really just had an amazing time. Plenty of parking available too. There were a few VERY minor complaints, though. First - all the food we tried from the “Splash Grill” by the pool was mediocre at best. I would say slightly better than high school cafeteria quality. That was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Plenty of other places to eat nearby. Second - the hot water took up to 2 minutes to get to our room depending on time of day. Again, not a deal breaker and probably just because we were near the end of the hallway and, likely, far from the source. Third - some parts of the hotel were showing their age already. The anti-slip pads in our shower were pealing off. The brown accents on the outside of the building were not aging well. Just little maintenance items and, again, not deal breakers. Overall we would not hesitate to book here again when we return to Aruba. The good definitely outweighs the bad and you will love this resort!"

"Wonderful trip to Aruba! We traveled to Aruba to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect getaway. Staying at the Holiday Inn Resort Aruba was a great choice, with plenty of activities, dining, shopping, and entertainment just steps away. The hotel itself also offered excellent dining options and even a casino, which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the clean rooms to the beautiful beach, everything exceeded our expectations. Our daughter had an amazing time enjoying the pool and the beach every day. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding throughout our stay and truly made us feel welcomed. We absolutely loved our experience and already can’t wait to come back again!"

"The beach itself had a weird / sludgy feeling when walking in the water. The water was beautiful, but clearly felt like like significant algae had built up, where walking in the beach felt icky!"

"This hotel provided everything you need! The Aruba Aloe line was great, we only packed a carry on so it was awesome that good products are provided. The gym was fantastic - it had everything we needed and more. The gym had big windows facing the beach/ocean. We wish the “Westerly” tower had more “exclusivity”, the beach chairs had no padding, it was plastic pieces going horizontally and it would hurt after a while - we would layer blankets. The ends have very hazardous metal, we hit our toes and shins so many times. The tower wasn’t fully done, but I’m sure it will be nice one all is complete. I loved that everything was new since it was just built this year. ONE MORE THING.. the pillows are absolutely the worst, they fold like a crepe, I went from using one pillow to using 3 cause they would just go flat, but the bed was comfy. "

"Beautiful location and facilities. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the food was excellent. We purchased the all-inclusive package which saved us a fortune and was most convenient to running out for meals. They served sushi grade tuna on the buffet the night before our return - my favorite."

"When you check in - MAKE SURE you ASK if there are CRYING children next to you - it was quiet a week and IHG (no apology) and LIED when I complained and said there were NO infants, I have a photo! - YUP you get what you play for - NEVER again - thanks for the experience."
