"The property was quite rundown. Lots of bugs in our room; flying insects and spiders. Very damp and musty!
Noisy as well. We requested early check in to grab a “power nap” before an event only to have loud music blaring through the paper thin walls.
Certainly wasn’t worth what we paid for the room!"

"Very disappointing stay. The room had roaches, the power was out for a long time, air conditioning was not working properly, and there were cleanliness and comfort issues throughout the stay. The overall condition of the property did not meet reasonable expectations, and I would not feel comfortable recommending this hotel to others. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements."
