"Dinner was awesome, everything I ordered was cooked perfectly, surprisingly well!! Front desk staff is THE BEST, especially for this class of hotel. Restaurant staff was extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast kitchen CANNOT COOK. Had to send back poached eggs twice because of runny whites. Hollandaise was TERRIBLE. Their creative ideas of eggs benedict, basically everything was horrible. The buffet was just... Bad. Over cooked sausage, gooey scrambled eggs, green bananas, overly ripe...

"Really nice hotel, modern and fresh. Busy reception even at 10 pm but three staff on, so dealt with quickly. Had to then wait 15 minutes while beds were changed from double to two singles but staff member kept me updated. Excellent clean room with comfy bed. Great choice at breakfast and staff constantly replenishing items. Finally, hotel in an excellent location for exploring the Docklands and 02 area, with a DLR station just yards away."

"Clean accommodation and convenient location. We arrived 15 mins early and had to wait till exactly 3pm before unlocking - so worth bearing this in mind. The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. "Hotel is in need of desperate upgrade, but I guess it is a well used venue. My room was functional but small and luckily stayed at the beginning of summer, could not see that any heating worked. Bathroom was ok but again needed upgrade on amenities, final day shower ran cold so no hot water!"
