"地下鉄駅直結のロケーションでとても便利。ホテルの設備はプールもお部屋もラグジュアリーです。朝食は卵だけでなく、麺もその場で作ってくれるサービスがあり、楽しめます。ベッドわきにTypeAの口があり、コンセント変換機はなくても大丈夫でした。洗面所エリア内のトイレやシャワーがガラス張りでした。この点は個人的には使いにくかったです。アーリーチェックインは事前確保はできませんが、早朝便で到着しましたが、幸いその日は可能でした。とても助かりました。マリーナ周辺観光のアクセスがいいです。"

"Immediately upon exiting my taxi, we were greeted by attentive and friendly hotel staff who proceeded to handle and store our luggage. Check in was just as smooth and efficient. Our room was likely the cleanest we have ever seen. Everything was absolutely spotless and immaculately staged. Our request for an extra luggage rack was handled in under 5 minutes. Room was appointed with a nice sized fridge (with freezer section), high end microwave, wash basin, coffee maker, hair dryer and...

"Clean room, well organized, includes dishware and different kitchen appliances and items (obviously depends on the room type). Great location, free laundry room, nice pool. "

"The hotel is at the heart of Chinatown with a ton of option to eat, shop and play. The property is very modern with a fusion of the traditional style of Singaporean, giving you a sense of how a upscale of Singaporean would have lived and remodeled their home for the 21st century. The amenity is luxurious without being tacky. This is my second time visiting and if I ever come back Singapore this is where I will stay again"

"Great location. Best to go with the buffet option for dining at breakfast as the service for A La Carte wasnt great as there was limited wait staff to take your order. We waited 30+ min then had to go get someone to order avaocado toast and 2 eggs. We didnt need a full proce buffet for such little food before we had to leave. "

"Ideal location close to Maxwell metro station and convenient for Chinatown. The room lacked storage space however it was clean, modern and reasonably well equipped although the bath towels were very small and rather threadbare. No robes or shower caps were supplied."

"Pretty close to MRT and bus stop, dining like street hawker (maxwell center). I can’t start the TV. No outlet in the pod so you have to charge out in a communal hall or use the TV outlet. "
