"Staff especially Maria was excellent! After complaining that the AC was not working, Maria contacted maintenance and promptly advised that further investigation is needed. She offered to change our rooms which we did. I left a makeup mirror in the old room and Maria retrieved it the next day. Maria was extremely helpful. Hotel location is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and transportation to airport and train station. We enjoyed our stay. Only improvements is to provide...

"It was my understanding, from the ads, that the property had a washer dryer. It did not. I was told after we vacated, there was a washing machine out in the green shed !!!! The milk provided was curdled and not fit for consumption."

"Lovely big space with separate bedroom and comfortable bed. Great, quiet location near to the Dart trains and buses to the centre of town. Close to a large supermarket to pick up provisions. Very clean and the staff were welcoming."
