"Hotel claims it has wifi. It does not. Had to stay only one out of four nights as a result. Reported to Hotels.com. Residency hotel refused to refund me for the three nights. Hotels.com offered me 50% refund in coupons. I regret ever wanting to stay at Leosophine Residency, and ending up loosing half of my money. Staff very unhelpful."

Furthermore the food was quite poor.The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, except the IT guy that was quite rude. My client loved the designs and said the hotel felt brand new and very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue he had was with the menu offered. Unfortunately he wasn't able to dine in because he felt that the menu was quite confusing. But thankfully there were plenty of restaurant options in the area. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a stay in Asaba especially for those that are used to western style comforts, 24/7 light, hot water, and its also really close to the airport with roundtrip transport available. Because I book hotels frequently on Hotels.com I used a credit for a discount on my clients stay but he said it is very well worth the starting price for the quality of the hotel"
