"The cleanliness and space of this rental stood out for this rental property. It was nice to have a separate eating space and plenty of room for luggage storage. Since we were also half way through our trip, the washing machine in the suite was a life saver. The staff were incredibly accommodating when we accidentally mixed up our checkout date due to a multi-city itinerary. Even though it caused a bit of a crisis (we had to leave Tokyo Disney and rush back in a whirlwind), they handled it with grace and helped us stay in the same room, which made a stressful situation much easier. "We stayed here to have access to Ueno station via subway and be able to reach Asakusa via transit. The room was small but comfortable as is typical for hotel rooms in Japan. Breakfast was amazing with lots of Japanese food options and some western options like cereal and pastries. There surrounding area was quiet and felt safe, though there wasn't much around in terms of shops and dining options. Overall, would recommend if you would like to stay somewhere quiet."
