Lobby staff were amazig and very accomodating. Breakfast brunch was top quality with a great variety of every food item such as ramen, omelettes, roast beef, fresh OJ. Room was very clean and spacious. Amenities had a lot of variety ranging from toothbrushes to facial creams. Location was very cloae to the train station, grocery store and Don Qui. Would defintily stay again.

Hotel is well appointed, great location. Room was a little tight for 2 adults and 2 children but the staff, cleanliness and amenities made up for the size of the room. Twin beds will fit 1 adult and 1 small child. Better off getting 2 rooms if you have adults and older children/teenagers. Can’t fault the hotel. Was excellent

Location! Location, Location! Located in the middle of Asakusa with many Food and Drink options right outside your door (one block away from the world's greatest souvenir store Don Quixote). The hotel is clean and modern with great service! We also enjoyed their breakfast each morning before venturing out.
