"Excellent view. Right on the water. The cleaning staff were completely on top of everything. Quiet place. One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did."

"Generally, everything was fantastic. However, we stayed there for three days two times in the last two weeks. And we had stayed at Cottage 5. There were some issues with the plumbing in the washroom. I was told the issues would be addressed when we had left the first time. However, they were not addressed.
