"Staying at Nuit Blanche was a singular experience. Not only was the place like stepping back into a fairytale, it was so cozy, welcoming, and the room was much larger than we expected. "Stunning hotel convenient to everything in Bruges. Supermarket is steps away but be advised it does not open until 830 am and most everything closes at 6 pm. be sure to take a guided tour of town otherwise you miss much of the history. Staff also pointed out places to see when we checked in. A hotel provided shuttle to/from the train would be nice. Overall fantastic."

"We stayed in a family room. As soon as we checked in, it was clear the room had not been cleaned - old clothes on the floor and food in the fridge area. We requested the room be cleaned again. Unfortunately it was clear on other days the room wasn’t being hoovered, no new bin liners etc.
