"The casino was very busy as expected the hotel was more then we could have imagined for absolutely gorgeous. We got there late and all the staff members were very helpful and actually seemed to like their jobs and were courteous

"While I would stay here again because of the price, there were a lot of things lacking. The staff was nice, the room was clean. There were only three small pillows on the king bed. However, there was NO airport shuttle, even though it was advertised online. The breakfast was about a "C", lukewarm, and not a lot of variety. The pool was green, the hot tub didn't "bubble", and there weren't even any towels in the pool area, even though I was there at 10 a.m. and the sign on the shelf said if the towels ran out at 1 pm they wouldn't be replaced for the rest of the day. Our door caught on the frame, and made a horrendous noise every time we went in and out. I felt sorry for the people around us when we got there at 11 p.m."

"The staff was friendly and the facility was clean. Breakfast was not very good, orange juice was horrible!
The water trickled in our tub continuously and you could see it had done this for a while as the tub was stained from it. The entire bathroom needed to be painted and new caulking applied.
The oversized tub was an issue trying to get in and out of safely, as the bottom of the tub was very slick."
