The only thing wrong with our stay were the handful of ppl on the property nodded off on phentanyl. But honestly they weren't bothering us. The staff was super helpful and accommodated our service dog and super early check-in without a fuss. I was disappointed the pool was closed but maybe next time. I love visiting Tulsa!

The room was clean! Staff was great! Bed was comfortable! Great TV and nice size room.
You get what you pay for, would spend a little more next time, just needed a cheap room. No blankets on the bed (they brought us some), one each bath towel, hand towel, wash rag, roaches (we saw several). Staff was nice

Staff was good, room was clean. Wallpaper is peeling off and a bedside wall mounted light missing with the wall not repaired. Floors were in great condition. Room was very clean. Bed had a mattress protector, fitted sheet, and top sheet- no blanket or cover on bed or in the room. Staff gave me a blanket. I did not realize that there was not even coffee or cups for water when I made the reservation. Even hostels offer this. That was my mistake not the hotels. I just didn’t know to look for that on a listing.
Upon arrival you will be fooled by the state of the building. The lobby appeared to be undergoing updates and smelled decent. I mention smell because once you get off the elevator to go to your room you're hit in the face with cigarettes, urine, and other unmentionables. Due to health concerns, burn holes in the bedding, and overall lack of cleanliness; I refused to stay the night and have asked for a refund. The staff was kind, apologetic, and helpful.
The staff was very friendly and the lobby was picture perfect for an inexpensive hotel. The room was horrible I had one plug-in for my phone and my laptop but to be able to access that plug in I had to pull the bedside table out because there was not enough room to plug them in without moving that table and when I did I saw plenty of cockroaches a lot of dirt and trash.
The staff was friendly and even people that I believe were just residents there we're also friendly my room had a door to the pool area which was covered for good reason but that is where evidently most people took their dogs to walk them however my door to the pool area was locked could not be opened and the curtain to that glass store would not close all the way.
I had a two room reservation and before I had been in that room for even an hour I had called Expedia and got a reservation for another room the next morning the only reason I did not move that night was because I had been driving 3 hours and torrential rain and thunderstorms and I was exhausted

Check in went great gentleman was very polite. Room was clean kinda weird no comforter only sheets AC worked great at this point it's all good needs updated then go to bed waking up getting bit low and behold bed bug just having it's Christmas feast so time to go. Roughly 1245 am go down stairs and nobody at desk some workers are on the phone said he will be here in about an hour. So have the bed bugs to employee leave come back at 607am and still nobody in the front desk now back again still nobody to get my cash required deposit. So now I wait longer not something I want to do on Christmas Day. There needs to be somebody at front desk for any needs a paying customer needs.
I have traveled extensively, but I have never encountered a hotel with such a multitude of issues. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by individuals at the front desk using profanity and appearing to be under the influence of substances. The front desk staff member made a concerted effort to manage the situation. After receiving the keys to our room, we walked down the hallway, which had a noticeable odor of cigarettes and marijuana. We entered our room to find a full bed without a comforter, no curtains, a broken toilet paper roll, one roll of toilet paper, no towels, and dust so thick on the lamp that one could see my fingerprints. The breakfast area did not have breakfast available, and the pool was empty. I attempted to cancel our reservations but was unable to reach anyone. We were subsequently issued a new room with a king bed. We requested a blanket because there were only sheets on the bed. We were provided with one towel. We attempted to use the microwave, but it malfunctioned. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Where to start… Listen I have been in a lot of “value” hotels especially when it’s just one night. First off the entire building REEKED of cigarettes. Which I get, it’s Tulsa…. But it’s a “non-smoking” hotel….okay 🙄. Lobby and staff was fine. Hot but fine. The room I booked was “non-smoking” room. Opening the door you could smell the cigarette smoke. The sheets and the covers had cigarette burns all over them and smelt of cigarettes. No remote for the tv. Didn’t matter because the cable didn’t work. Little kitchen area was fine. Clean enough and I wasn’t using it so not concerns there. The bathroom was gross. Wallpaper peeling, toilet paper holder broken, shower curtain nasty, and no trash can to be fine in the whole room. It’s only one night we tell ourselves and push on. I shower and immediately the tub starts filling. Great. I hurry up my shower. Takes almost an hour for the tub to drain. Go attend to the business that we came into town for. Come back to go to bed and low and behold… Roaches. On the floor on the side table. The pillows are tiny refuse to sleep under the sheet. The only good thing about this room was the A/C worked very well, loud, but it was nice and cool. Overall, worst hotel stay in awhile. Do not recommend.
First the room I booked was unavailable was put into a room that was unfinished floors unfinished no shelves in closet no tv in room and roaches found. Unable to to adjust thermostat in room . Room was to hot staff never showed up to adjust it. Took staff 24 hrs to bring in a TV. Smokers hung out at entrance was very un pleasant.
No amenities present. No ice, no blankets, no coffee, not even plastic cups. One towel in the room. Sketchy parking lot goings on.
No breakfast and the entire area was piled with furniture and home depot carts.
Yikes!
While I understand that this was booked relatively last minute and I checked in later than preferred……however, that in no way excuses the state of the room I was assigned…..the mini fridge had been stolen…..as had the remote and control box for the tv…..so I couldn’t watch anything because there were no available channels. Also only half of the lights worked, there was only one towel/pillow and just sheets, no comforter etc. I normally don’t really care much, but this experience has ensured that in the future I’ll be more selective…..especially since I’ve stayed several other places around Tulsa that were similarly priced, and sometimes much cheaper even, but this was easily the worst room, and property that I’ve ever paid for.
It was a very unpleasant stay the room stunk very badly the ceiling was falling in in the restroom the towels and sheets are dirty and I am requesting a refund
