"Clean room very nice"

"Was not able to get the room we reserved they tried to give me a room not handicap accessible but telling me it was. Poor communication. Luckily one front desk clerk was able to figure it out and I was to get a handicap accessible room but not the suite I reserved prior to arrival they blamed it on Expedia. They need to know what is in there rooms. "

"The room was not fully clean and the walls and floors in the bathroom had visible staining. Other than that, it was clean. The air conditioning unit did blow out a mild odor which I had to mask with air freshener I purchased from the dollar store across the street."

"The rooms are nice and clean. Nothing too fancy but perfect for what we needed. Staff was cordial. Breakfast staff was superb. Always replenishing smiling and greeting you."

"The staff are wonderful. The property looks great. I felt very safe. The reason I’m giving this only three stars is they really need to invest in new mattresses. Considering this is probably the most important thing about a hotel when you’re staying the night and you need to get a restful night sleep. I’m making it while I’m reading it so average. In fact, the beds are horrible. They literally felt like I was sleeping on a crib mattress. They’re so thin."

"This was our second stay here, but unfortunately our last. We were greeted very well by the young lady on duty when we checked in at 3:00. However, our room had a mattress that needs to be replaced, (it made a noise every time I got up to go to the bathroom, which woke my husband up). The sink was very slow to drain, and there was water under the sink on the floor numerous times even though I put a towel down to soak it up. "The check in process was very smooth and the staff courteous. I appreciated the friendliness of the front desk associate. The breakfast was fresh and coffee well made. I felt safe on the property and didn't experience any uncomfortable situations. The only negative was the fact that construction machinery was being used adjacent to the property..These machines literally shook the whole building at times and made parts of the unpleasant. "IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW.
