"This hotel is a very new build. Family owned. Everything was new and clean, the rooms are very spacious with a very spacious bathroom to go with it. "The check in went smoothly. Then we got to our room and struggled to open the door. When we got in our room was 25 degrees. Back to the desk to get ac on. Then out for dinner and returned to a door that would not open. Back to the desk again. Toilet also ran on and on."
