"Great central lication. Easy access to the trams to get to the palace, central train depit, canal cruises, anne frank etc. Bus/tram system was easy to use. Just tap your credit card when you get on and again when you get off. Hotel had a breakfast but we didnt order it. Seemed a little pricey. Tons if restaurants near by in the rembrant park one block behind the hotel. Bed was comfortable and room nice. Shower was a little different but think just because of a different culture. "The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. We had to go to the sister hotel to pick up our room keys before going to the hotel itself. It was only about 7 minutes walk between the two locations, but after a long journey to the Netherlands I'd have...

"Das Fenster war aufgebrochen und ließ sich nicht komplett schließen. Nach Ankunft gab's eine Mail, dass ein Mitarbeiter um 7:30 Uhr morgens (!) die kaputte Tür repariert. Auf unser darauffolgendes Feedback, dass auch das Fenster defekt ist, gab's natürlich keine Rückmeldung. Um 7:30 wurden wir dann selbstverständlich auch von dem Mitarbeiter geweckt. Kommunikation fand anschließend keine mehr statt bzw währenddessen und unsere Beschwerden wurden ignoriert. Nicht zu empfehlen"
