"My room has NOT been cleaned since I got here a week ago. Same towels, same sheets. I now take out my own trash. The yoghurt dispenser does not work, spits out droplets only. The elevator is broken most of the time. I got two dog ticks on me in the first 2 days!! Right now I have to endure a yapping dog apparently left alone in his room. I've left previous complaints through this "survey", received feedback and set up time to receive a call - but that call did not happen."

"We had a door and toilet that didn’t work in our 1st room (after unpacking:(). We were moved to a 2nd room and also had toilet issues there that couldn’t be solved until the next morning:(. We did not swim or attend the breakfast, but both seemed great. Staff was friendly."

"The room was clean with plenty of parking. Breakfast was pretty good. Elevators were a little dirty. Front desk was helpful but there was a storm during our stay. The pool wasnt open on time the next day. We didnt know this and went and asked how to access the pool, dressed in suits with towels. He told us and after we went outside we saw it was closed. We came back in and said 'oh. Its closed temporarily because of the storm.' That part is fine but it was a little irksome that he didnt say...

We travel a lot because of vacations and out-of-state / out-of-the-country AAU and other American-Asian Team basketball tournaments, and so far, this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It is actually my daughter's favorite for this season. The entire staff is friendly and helpful while making sure we feel at home during our stay."
