"I had a great stay! The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious as well! Will book again!"

"I was happy that I was able to check in late but I had some issues during my stay. Other people staying were extremely loud all hours of the night & morning, I found a hair on the shower as soon as I checked in, I couldn’t figure out how to use the shower & when I asked the front desk staff for help she asked me if I turned the faucet on….i was seriously dumbfounded & then I was provided with typed out instructions on how it worked which I’m sorry, is something that should be left in the room....

"It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. Granted, we got there very late at night and the reception person was kind."

"Every thing was perfect Hotel staff were so kind so friendly. My family rented several rooms for a wedding and everyone has a great time the breakfast is a plus the bonfire outside was perfect to end the evening. We will return we come to see the Tigers play and definitely will stay here again ."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait 15 minutes for shift change. Once somebody finally arrived, we got checked in and tried to find the room and we greeted by police officers asking us what we were doing there. We said we were gonna stay for the weekend and they told us that we should leave and find another hotel. They were in the process of arresting someone and towing a vehicle. It smelled like marijuana all over even though there were signs that said 100% smoke free zone. We laughed...

"It was so small and awful my sister and I didn’t there it was unacceptable, and I want a full refund. You shouldn’t put hotels that are under construction as ready for people to occupy. Please refund my money. Thank you!"

"Parking is safe and worry-free. Room was clean Staff was helpful and knowledgable. This is our 4th time staying with American Inns and leaving the carand we have had no issues. We will be staying again in November."

"Everything was wonderful during our stay, which was cut short by a power outage at Ford Field. We hope to be back!!! Your front desk staff was THE most friendly and helpful! We travel a lot and many times they just aren’t very energetic, but the young lady who helped us find dinner options was a great listener and gave us advice we could use. Then, upon checkout, the gentleman was amazing through all the chaos. We will be back!"
