"I feel a bit conflicted leaving this review, as the hotel itself was otherwise fine. Unfortunately, I accidentally left my wash bag in the room after checking out. I realised within an hour and called the front desk, who told me they would search the room. I was later told it wasn't there. I asked them to check again, but they again confirmed nothing had been found.

"We stayed 3 nights. I booked a Superior room with a Courtyard view, but instead my view is the back of the buildings, not the Courtyard. The reception told us that cleaning is every 4th day of stay. That means no cleaning of the room during our whole stay. The problem with this is the trash, as trash cans are small, especially in the bathroom. It overflows after 2 days. So, I requested if I could have a quick clean-up of the room after my 2nd night. The reception said they would try to contact...
"While the location is super convenient for arrival by train and is central for sightseeing, the train noise cost me several hours of sleep every night. Train brakes screeching from about 11-5 every night. Noise from the square below would have bothered me too if the train brakes weren’t way worse. Could not close windows since there was no a/c. However, if noise is not a problem for you, I would otherwise recommend the hotel for the price."
