"The breakfast on the Saturday was absolutely the best I’ve ever had but a downer on Sunday as it was the usual breakfast at most places. Room was very clean and enough towels. Parking was excellent. Checking in was very smooth. The staff was the best I’ve ever had!!! The Guest Service Supervisor Ryley went out of her way to help me with a serious problem I had!!! Absolutely an amazing person to deal with! It was an amazing stay there! You couldn’t ask for better!!! Five star recommendations!!!"

"This was a great hotel in Windsor. Close to a ton of restaurants, clean, helpful staff and the pool and gym were well equipped with clean towels. Kids loved being able to have their own beds (had a 2 queen and one sofa pull out) room was spacious for four and surprisingly quiet being on the main road that heads over the border to Detroit. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the region"

"Breakfast was all good. Room was clean but it was a noisy Motel. People constantly coming and going out of their rooms, a beeping sound that went sporadically all night and some truck was either emptying rubbish bins or unloading at about 7am"

"Hello Expedia and team, I am mostly in your management in the way and you made my trip to Canada the worst ever international trips in my life. Sincerely you knew too well that I did not step in to this property and yet you asking for my rating when you have stylishly defrauded me of my money talking about policy that was not from the property owner because I communicated with him twice and he told me that you didn't remitt the money to him which was similar thing from Economy car rental too. The only thing that I enjoyed was my Airbnb that I didn't book through you guys. Anyway I have learnt my lesson never to hear Exp not to talk of Expedia. Have good night and God will judge each and everyone of us based on our actions."
