"Rooms at Signature level were the same. But noisier bec these rooms are also for ONE night stays for party goers! “Exclusive” pool wasn’t exclusive and bartenders showed up an hour later! The buffet has cross contamination with how their food is cooked and also served - with shrimp and shellfish and pork both cooked and served with the fries and salmon and hash browns! "The hotel is beautiful and beach is gorgeous. The rooms are comfortable and roomy, although the beds are hard as a rock.. The food is not very good and the service is hit or miss. Some of the staff is super nice and helpful, while many are rude and act like they are miserable."

"We stayed as a family group of 5 adults in the travellers two bedroom suit. The suit is huge with a kitchen, dining , lounging area seperating the two rooms. The main bedroom has a large balcony over looking the garden area along with a smaller balcony over looking the front entrance leading from the dining area.
