"The directions to room in Silo were confusing and i explained i was with my mother in a walker and needed to understand better. She was less than helpful. The room window was literally 15 ft from traintracks that had trains going by till 11pm which would rattle the windows and was super loud. Neither us slept till they stoppee going by. The shower wouldnt stop dripping all night loud enough to hear in the room and there were broken tiles in bathroom. For the price it was fine for 1 night...

"The room wasn’t clean, at all. I was traveling with my friends young son as they were possibly losing their apartment and we wanted to get him out of the house. Upon walking in, it was clear they hadn’t cleaned the room at all. At some point in the night, my friend’s kid saw what he thought was a balloon under the bed - nope, a freaking condom. Thankfully I sensed it wasn’t a balloon and immediately told him to not touch it - horrible experience. For the last minute need, it was affordable and...

"Although we were told during check in that there was renovation going on in the building, it was so quiet and it was well organized I guess ! New spacious room with nice amenities in the room, bed was so comfortable!"

"“Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha"

"Good hotel, but I will say that depending on who was at the front desk, the service or urgency of requests did lack. Not something that I blame them for, mainly because it was the weekend and was busy. The gentleman who works nights was awesome though - had a great convo with him around real estate and he was always engaged with visitors. Room was pretty small, but definitely in great shape and a modern look. For the price though, I may look somewhere else but fortunately I was able to take...

"The room was fine for a one Night stay but there could be improvements. The restroom has mold on the shower walls. Health hazard! The night stand was missing a drawer. I’m sure that was because it was broken and the staff member removed it. Over all it’s fine. But it definitely need some work. Touch ups on furniture and remodeling."
