Upon arrival, I was told that a lot of costumers THAT DAY had come in and requested downstair rooms, so they rented the rooms out and that they only had upstair rooms. "I came for a quick getaway and honestly I am glad I selected this hotel. The place was clean, and the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. Check in was a breeze and the room we got was super clean. I loved the breakfast and the attendant in the Anza room was so nice. She kept refilling the food and was super friendly. Kudos to her she deserves a raise. Overall it was a wonderful stay and would definitely be back."

I was told it would be credited back to my card it wasn't. I called the manager she said by the latest it would be credited by Friday and wasn't. called my card and I'm deputing the charge. the bed was comfortable the room was clean, no coffee pot, no breakfast in lobby. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 1"
