"Room nasty people hanging out my room"

"We were dead tired from a 12 hour drive, but from what I recall it was a very nice hotel. Greeted by friendly staff and quick check-in. The room was very nice and spacious. AC worked well, not too loud. Breakfast was decent, nice selection. We would definitely stay here again. "

"The room smelled strongly of deodorizer, the floor was sticky in the breakfast area and the chairs were in bad shape."

I was really surprised that they actually provided service and clean towels daily as I have not found this in a hotel in quite some time. We had one dinner and one breakfast and they were great. Everyone we encountered was super nice and accommodating. I would stay here again. "

"Just a bit disappointed for the price I paid, wasn't expecting top shelf anything but there were much cheaper stays in the area compared to this one. There was a bit of an element walking around the parking lot when I got there in the evening, room was clean but some of the linen appeared to have light staining and the plumbing fixture for the shower was incredibly difficult to work. Lastly, the breakfast was good but pretty thin on options."

"Look... was the property uninhabitable? No, it did the very bare minimum as serving as a hotel room. The rust on the fixtures, the torn furniture, the cigarette burns in the covers, cobwebs just added up to a terrible experience despite the increible staff. I only booked this property because it had a 4 star review on Google and an 8 on Expedia. I wouldnt be nearly upset if I walked in knowing what I was getting for the price. Ive stayed in plenty of hotels in the past. I wasnt expecting much...

"We had a terrific two nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly and very thoughtful. The was super clean and comfortable. The shower was great. The breakfast was so good with a slightly different fair on our second morning. The delightful women attending to the area never stopped cleaning and doing touch up to the food and dining areas. We definitely will stay there again. "

"The place was very clean and quiet for the most part. There's a small man-made lake which holds a couple of alligators and a small fleet of turtles which kept me entertained. Great for short term stay. Would recommend and revisit "

"I loved this place! It has a great grab and go breakfast until 10AM!!!! Great for those of us that like to grab a extra shut-eye. Kathy at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. The lobby is great place to send the kids it has Foosball tables and great space for kids to be kids; even grown up kids and let their hair down and have some fun. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping"

"I just drove up to my room and a maintenance guy was right there, about to use his key to walk in! When I finally got inside, the door was cracked open and a staff member was just sitting at the desk hanging out on the phone. The room was just as bad—no hand soap, stained sheets, and they only swap towels every three days. I finally complained to the front desk. They offered another room, but by then, I was just over it. They didn't do anything else to make up for the headache."
