"Accessible bathroom floor got totally soaked when showering. Room quite noisy from other guests, especially in the room above stomping up and down. Hoppa bus didnt turn up at 4.45am, so im really glad we decided to get the 5.15am one."

"The Drey is in a lovely neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shops and steps from Earls Court tube station. Property is extremely clean and fresh with all modern conveniences. Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

"The hotel is in a great location. Definitely pay for the park view rooms as it is beautiful and the view the other way overlooks a roof top in disrepair. Breakfast was very good. Easy walk to the underground station as most touristy spots are a few stops away. Kensington High Street has a lot of options for food and is clean. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant. I recommend staying here is you want to stay in the Kensington area."

"The property is well located in close proximity to Shepherd's Bush Station on the Central Line, with easy access to central London The staff were exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond to help make my stay welcoming and pleasant. Highly recommend."
