"Expedia need to work better with their affiliates. I booked for a room for 5 people and when we got there they said they don't have such room. I paid for 2 nights but did a late checked in the morning after the first night. I requested a cot then and 4 more times after that. We did not get our cot till almost 10 on our last night."

"recently stayed at the Hyatt House Baltimore after a last-minute flight cancellation, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, check-in was quick and easy, and the free breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. My only complaint was the shuttle service. After calling the hotel and providing my location, I waited about 45 minutes before calling again. I was then told the hotel was only 5 minutes away and the shuttle would arrive in 10 minutes, which was...

"We were surprised to find out upon our arrival that parking was not included in our stay. Apparently the lot is owned by an outside entity. Our room was fairly clean and comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired."

"The property stated it had a rooftop fireplace. Which attracted me to the property. But it was not a fireplace . I asked the lady at the front desk. She stated check on the 7th floor. There wasn't a rooftop fireplace. This needs to be removed from part of the amenities. "
