"I was very disappointed with the condition of my room during my recent stay at Hampton Inn. Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality.

"Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional.
