"Carpet stainurine stained carpet switch trims people that work here also live here zero professionalism zero communication zero consistency!! I came in with my emotional support kitten on March 28 and they just said something today that they had some sort of problem with that and only allowed dogs. The older lady that works at the front desk is completely and pallet and confused the keys never work. There’s never anybody at the front desk. My personal lives are way too obvious printer doesn’t work. The only thing about this hotel is a bed in the restaurant that’s connected to it that’s it."

"Overall happy with the stay for just the night. Only complaints was the floor in our room was a little sticky walking, maybe humid and the pool/hot tub had stuff floating in it or bandaids on the floor. "

"Clean with good bedding and space. BUT the TV remote was confusing and dysfunctional. And then no HD on my big TV screen, what a surprise and disappointment. Some channels had as much snow as a 1950s TV. I could hear my neighbors talking, walking, and even breathing as one of them slept! My coffee maker didn't work and the ice machine near my room was jammed. My reception at check-in was cold, and I wasn't shown the price of my room with taxes and fees included. When I checked out I was told I would get a receipt via email. None has yet arrived. I did appreciate the fact that at one point I was able to get a covered parking space, but I would not stay at this hotel again."

"No air conditioning and the room was extremely hot!! Floor filthy and had not been mopped in ages. You could tell from the dirt on underneath side of the shower matt when I picked it up. Shower pressure awful and the mattress was so old and broken down I was tempted to sleep on the floor. Hairs on bed and linen. Everything about the room was the worst I had ever experienced. I can't believe that they can call themselves a motel 6. I will never go back and I feel for anyone who has to go through the awful experience. "

"My room did not have a kitchen with the air conditioner work just fine in the room and it was very clean when I started only thing I was wondering is do you ever give a day off from paying I have been here for about 2 weeks and they charged me everyday is there no discount"
