"When I arrived to my room. I found black hair in the bed. Also the room was very hot and the thermostat didn’t work in the room. The curtains in the rooms are cheap they don’t black out the lights. The breakfast was horrible. I won’t be returning."

"I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people...

"The air conditioning was good, breakfast was those bars (when they were available) the staff helpful "

"Extremely disappointed. The room key never worked so I could only get in the room if the clerk let me in. But the clerk was nice enough to come let me in the room. The toilet flush lever was broken off so I had to open the tank and reach into the watertank to pull up the flapper valve to flush the toilet. The HVAC unit was plugged into an outlet laying on the floor with conduit into the wall. The outlet did not have a cover, so it would be possible to reach past the plug into the box and touch...

"It was clean and relatively quiet. The room with a bathtub that we paid for was not given and swimming pool was very small."

"we were very dissapointed that the pool was under construction and therefore closed. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool as we were traveling with kids and they enjoy swimming. I wish we wouldve known about it before and therefore am writing it in the review so others will know to call before to ask. Otherwise the rooms were clean and updated."

"I paid for this hotel on expedia and they still went ahead and charged my card.. to make matters worse when i tried to speak to someone about it the person hanged up the phone on me. Marriot Owings need to do better"
