Spotless room. Comfy bed and linens. New property. No pool but we didnt need one this stay. Perfect and clean and comfortable. Easily stayed with our standard poodle. Non carpeted floor is best for us that way.

We stayed for two nights with 5 kids and we all loved the rooms and how spacious they were and how clean everything was. The one thing i would add is a little broom/dust pan to make it easy to keep tidy. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends.

I really liked my stay at LivAwayVineyard. They property was up kept and I didn’t feel like I was in some cheap little hotel. I slept really good and wasn’t woke by my neighbor being a little loud!

Property was newer and in great condition. Room was clean and well laid out. We stayed two nights. The first night was horrible. The room above is sounded like they had a pickle ball game going on with running and jumping going on until way after midnight and starting again at six am. Front desk claims no one was in room. 2nd night was better as the noise only lasted until 8 pm or so. Come to find out it was probably dogs in the room running around. We know exactly who the guests were as we saw them coming and going. We’d stay again but only on the top floor.

Convenience of getting into the facility with bagage, very difficult. One ice machine on the bottom floor. The room lacked basic amenities. No Kleenex, blow dryer, do not disturb sign to name a few. The facility is very clean because its 3 weeks old. I liked the full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Big TV.
