"If you don't mind smelling like a cigarette, this might be the hotel for you. Vomit everywhere. This hotel needs to be bulldozed. "

"Stayed for 4 nights and doubt I’d ever stay again. While this hotel had a few pros like the room size, free parking, and monorail access, it definitely had plenty cons. To start the line to check-in took well over a hour on a Monday afternoon. There were only 3-4 people working and just when you thought they were sending help it’d really just be people swapping with one another. This hotel also had the most uncomfortable bed and pillows I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. The bed was equivalent to an air mattress and the pillows were no better felling like sleeping on a rock. The television constantly kept messing up the cast feature and we kept having to disconnect and reconnect multiple times to the tv and wifi multiple times a day. Overall it’s very unlikely I’d ever stay at this hotel again. "

"Checking was not good at all no customers services need to do selfservice! Elevator wasn't working around 70 people lignes with no staff to help or explanation of the situation!spend nearly an hour than left could find staff help to access my room level! Terrible place never again!"

"Great location on Fremount st. Reasonably priced. Magnolias bistro excellent value and quality. If tou are looking for a great 3 to 4 star propety you will not be dissapointed"
